About Us
Welcome to The Red Cow which is one of Cavershams oldest public houses.
The Red Cow has been serving the local community for generations.
Ash and Jaine have taken great care in keeping all the features and atmosphere of their traditional pub, while introducing comfortable atmosphere and an ever-changing menu of home-cooked food and lively entertainment.
If you’re visiting Caversham you’ll always find a very warm welcome at The Red Cow, so why not call in for a drink, a meal? Wherever you’re from we’re sure you’ll feel at home – at the bar you’re likely to find yourself chatting to someone born across the road, or someone born on the other side of the world. One visit and you’ll be a ‘local’ too!
In fact, why not have a quick look around The Red Cow now?
The Red Cow is the friendly local pub for Lower Caversham village. It's "Child Friendly" and as this site is intended as an extension to the pub and is intended to be used by anyone, the site contains no Adult content nor any links (that I am aware of) that lead to adult sites. It is intended that the site should be accessible to everyone & anyone of all ages & interests. If there are any mistakes on this website or if there is anything here that causes offence, it is not intentional. Please contact me & I will immediately remove the offensive material.
As the site develops, it is hoped that it will become more interactive & the content will be led by its users & regulars of the pub. Over time, more pictures will appear on this site about the pub, however, due to laws governing privacy etc, there are limitations as to what may be published on the site, especially when it concerns displaying pictures with people in.
